A Sound of Happiness 21-09-2020
For the first two weeks of Year 6, we have learnt about poetry. We used a poem from "A Book of Hopes". This poem was written by Michael Morpurgo and is about Lockdown during the Covid Pandemic. We have studied this poem and used features of Michael's writing to make our own poems. These are on display in our classroom and they look wonderful! The writing is very descriptive. This is a performance which Year 6 decided to do using all their ideas which they collaborated together to make one class poem to perform. We hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we did making it!
