All about Forest School
Forest School is an educational experience which considers the whole child and promotes learning through play and exploration; children learn about the natural environment, how to handle risks and to use their own initiative to solve problems and cooperate with others. During Forest School children might build shelters, light a fire and use green woodworking and craft skills to create and build objects from the woodland around them.
From September 2015, each class will participate in a ten-week programme. More details will given to each class at the time.
